While the deposit is non-refundable, it can be applied to a future appointment. We recognize that unexpected events can happen, so if you are unable to attend your appointment, please call us or reschedule online. Please be aware that last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. Customers are permitted to reschedule their appointment only once.
